SST™-PB3S-CPX Modules connect Rockwell Automation CompactLogix L2, L3 and L4 controllers as a Slave to PROFIBUS* DP-V0 networks, enabling high-performance, low-cost solutions for industrial automation applications.

The 10/100 Ethernet port enables fast remote connections, monitoring and downloads (backplane and front-module configuration options are provided). High data throughput as Slave device is delivered by 244 input and 244 output bytes per Slave. Since the Modules are software configured as Slaves, no ladder logic is required and the simple PROFIBUS Slave capability leads to a cost-effective design for a reliable and trouble free product.
