Der NB1810 ist ein leistungsstarker und robuster Mobilfunk-Router, der für den Einsatz im industriellen Umfeld konzipiert ist. Zu seiner Ausstattung gehören ein LTE Advanced Modul. Dazu ein Gigabit Ethernet Port und ein SFP/GbE combo Port, nutzbar für Glasfaser oder Ethernet, ein USB-Host-Port und eine serielle Schnittstelle mit RS-232- oder RS-485-Modus. Das besondere Highlight ist der ebenfalls integrierte 4-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch mit PoE+.

Hutschienenmontage, der breite Betriebstemperaturbereich und das IP40-Metallgehäuse erlauben einen zuverlässigen Betrieb unter rauen Bedingungen. Mit seinen Zulassungen, seinen vielseitigen Features und seiner Leistung ist er optimal für Anwendungen wie Zustandsüberwachung, Industrielle Sicherheit, Smart Grid and Fabrikautomatisierung geeignet.

Die Software basiert auf bewährten Komponenten wie einem Embedded Linux und einer leistungsfähigen Kommunikationsprotokollsuite sowie VPN-Technologien wie OpenVPN. Kundenspezifische Softwareerweiterungen können über ein ausgeklügeltes SDK implementiert werden.
