Removable 2.5-inch Hard Drives for use in RTD IDAN Systems

The IDAN-RSATA-SYS104 adds removable storage to RTD IDAN systems. These 2.5-inch drive drawers allow users to quickly load and remove data from mounted systems. Multiple drawers can be used in a single system.

The SATA drawers can be used for removable data storage, but they can also be used for loading programs onto the mounted system based on security measures or changing application needs. The IDAN-RSATA-SYS104E includes eSATA interfaces for connection to external encryption devices.

    - SATA Interface with lane shifting
  • Modular rugged milled aluminum frames
  • Maintains the PC/104 bus self-stacking concept
  • Allows quick interchangeability of modules
  • Frame includes hard drive carrier and removable drawer
  • Aluminum Alloy - 6061, Temper-T6
  • Finish - MIL-PRF-85285 polyurethane topcoat, per FED-STD-595, color 36495 (light gray). Panel engravings per FED-STD-595, color 37038 (black).
    - Additional paint options available upon request
  • Requires SATA Port on PCIe/104 bus
  • Supports 2.5 inch flash drives
  • Front Panel: drawer with handle and spring-ejection captive thumbscrews
  • Back Panel: eSATA connector receptacles (IDAN-RSATA-SYS104E only)
