PCI/104 Peripheral Module for the Trimble BD970 - GPS Satellite Receiver Carrier Module for Automotive and Mobile Systems

The GPS18190HR is a low-power wide operating temperature range GPS receiver carrier module for use with the Trimble BD970. This receiver will work reliably in a variety of installations. Integrated on the GPS18190HR board are four complete PCI serial ports that can be flexibly configured with jumpers to communicate with GPS or I/O connectors. The GPS antenna connects directly to the BD970. Starter kits are available. In IDAN installations the antenna connection is brought to the front side of the IDAN frame.

    • CPU UART interface GPS COM1, COM2, and COM3
    • CPU UART interface external RS-232/422/485 connector
    • Jumper to select GPS COM1 or COM2 to be directed to external RS-232/422/485 connector
    • Jumper to select external connector mode RS-232 or RS-422/485
    • Jumper to select GPS COM3 be directed to CAN bus
  • GPS USB external connector
  • GPS 10/100 Mbps Ethernet external connector
