Die CEC10 Produktfamilie ist eine hoch integrierte robuste Embedded Computer Lösung mit hoher Leistung und geringem Stromverbrauch. Die Lösung ist in verschiedenen Gehäuseformen verfügbar; einem kompakten Aluminiumgehäuse mit DIN-Schiene oder Flansch, einem robusten IP67 MIL Gehäuse oder einer Open-Frame Lösung mit Kühlplatte. Dies erlaubt es, die CEC10 Produkte in einer moderaten oder rauhen Umgebung, ohne die Notwendigkeit eines Lüfters oder Lüftungslöcher von -40°C bis + 85°C zu betreiben. Das Design integriert Standard Anschlüsse für eine einfache Verbindung oder auch lockable headers, je nach Gehäuse Wahl. Daher ist die CEC10 Familie für jede x86-Anwendung geeignet, egal ob eine vollständige oder ausbaubare Lösung benötigt wird.

CEC10 Familie Highlights

Die CEC10 Gehäuse bieten Platz für eine 2,5-Zoll HDD/SSD oder andere Erweiterungen. Mit dem integrierten PCI-Express Mini Card Steckplatz kann der neue CEC10 mit jedem mPCIe Modul erweitert werden. Das Produkt kommt mit einer einzigartigen Board Schnittstelle, welche 2x PCIe, 2x HSIC, 2x UART, SATA, SDIO, LPC und I2C bietet. Dies erlaubt ein Höchstmass an Anpassung für jegliche I/O-Boards und ermöglicht es, das System mit zusätzlichen Schnittstellen zu erweitern. Zum Beispiel; GPIOs, zusätzliche serielle Schnittstellen, Gigabit Glasfaser Ports, CAN, zusätzliche miniPCIe oder auch PCI/104-Express Anschlüsse. Besondere Vorkehrungen wurden getroffen damit das gesamte System EMC innerhalb der CE und FCC Grenzwerte liegt und Standards wie EN50155, IEC60945 oder MIL-STD-810 erfüllt werden können.

Wichtige Eigenschaften sind:
  • DDR3 ECC RAM bis zu 8GB
  • 5 Gbit Ethernet Ports (RJ45, M12, oder Fiber)
  • Lüfterloser Betrieb
  • Langfristige Verfügbarkeit (in der Regel mindestens 10 Jahre, Reparaturen sind über 20 Jahre möglich)
  • Anpassbares IO-Board
  • Standards: Die CEC10-Familie wurde entwickelt, um die gängigsten Standards zu erfüllen oder zu übertreffen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind:
    - EMV: EN 55022, EN 55024, EN 61000, MIL-STD-461E
    - Schock & Vibration: EN 60068
    - Umwelt & Sicherheit: EN 50155, MILDE 810G, EN 60601, EN 60950
    - Genehmigungsliste: CE, IEC 60945, IACS E10
