GE's A10200 processor AdvancedTCA® board hosts one or two Intel Xeon 5500/5600 Series quad- or hexa-core processors with 4 VLP DIMM DDR3-SDRAM sites per processor socket, capable to carry 2 to 64 GB of main memory. The board provides Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces to the backplane
Base and Fabric ports, respectively, as defined in PICMG 3.1.A complement to GE-IP’s extensive and growing family of AdvancedTCA products, including packet processing blades, the A10200 is designed for demanding telecommunications networks where it will enable significantly faster network performance than is currently possible.

- PICMG® 3.1, PICMG 3.0 compliant
- PICMG 3.0, R3.0 assembly, front panel resources
- User configurable 1000Base-X or SGMII compliant Update Channel interface
- SR-IOV virtualization support in Ethernet controllers at Zone 2 Fabric, base, and update channel interfaces
- Dual, redundant 4 MB BIOS ROMs with hardware switchover
- IPMC with local sensors and front access console port
- USB, COM, GigEthernet ports (on front panel)
- 4x 10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet, USB 2.0, GPIO, and local SAS HDDs on an RTM
- 2x 10 Gbps Ethernet interfaces
- Ethernet on RTM supports Wake-on-LAN
- BIOS, device drivers, initialization firmware, and optional run-time BIT
- Linux® 2.6.2x distributions, including PNE-LE and RHEL; Windows® variants supported on request
- NEBS operating environment
- CP-TA thermal class B.4 compliant for lower performance processor complex configurations
